1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We deliver pan-India using premium courier partners to ensure your spices arrive fresh and fast. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Remote/Non-Metro Areas: May take 5-7 business days.
Note: Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a certain value, as promoted on our website banner.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India. A nominal handling fee may apply to COD orders, which will be visible at checkout before you confirm the purchase.
5. Damages & Issues During Transit
Ahaarika Naturals ensures secure packaging to prevent transit damage. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If you discover damage after opening the box, refer to our Return & Refund Policy and email us within 48 hours.
